At Recon 1, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items don't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the invoice is included inside the box.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
